Plus, three unique preamp types—each with a powerful triple Shape switch for fine-tuning character—let you achieve the perfect sound for any style or genre.

Dominate The Stage
With its custom-tuned speaker system and solid cabinet combo, the Katana-110 Bass produces a commanding voice to carry your band through any playing situation. The fundamental sound of the 10-inch woofer is complemented by a tweeter for high-end definition, ideal for slap and other modern styles. Our efficient bi-amp design generates a clean, balanced sound, and the tweeter can be disabled with a panel switch for a more traditional bass sound, if desired.

Four Independent Effects Sections
The Katana series is famous for its onboard BOSS effects, and the Katana-110 Bass is no exception. Dedicated compressor/limiter and gain sections provide basic processing, while FX1 and FX2 offer endless options from the BOSS bass effects library, from must-haves like chorus and flanger to octave, synth bass, and more. Additionally, the FX2 section includes delay and reverb, and over 60 effect types can be loaded via the BOSS Tone Studio editor.

Precision Tools for Creating Sounds
The Katana-110 Bass's intuitive panel controls let you fine-tune your sound. Use the studio-inspired Blend section to add a portion of the dry signal, which you can pre-shape from the panel with three customizable settings for the perfect sonic blend. You also have a comprehensive four-band EQ with three selectable center frequencies in the bass-mid and treble-mid bands.

Wide Interpretive Versatility
The flexible Katana-110 Bass is the perfect partner for any live gig. There are six Tone Setting memories for storing and recalling the sounds you create, with presets for preamp type, EQ, blend, and effects. You can switch between memories from the panel and even have the ability to use optional equipment, such as footswitches, an expression pedal, and the GA-FC foot controller. A balanced XLR output is also included for connecting to your local PA, along with a switch to select between direct, pre, and post signals.

A Colossus of Recording and Practice
The Katana-110 Bass is perfect for both studio recording and home performance. Its compact size takes up minimal space, and the Variable Power Control feature lets you achieve loud amp sounds at room-friendly volumes. A headphone/recording jack provides direct output with effects and a mic-cab simulation with three Air Feel settings, while the USB connection allows for fantastic-sounding communication with tracks and computer production software.
