18-input iPad/Android tablet-controlled digital mixer for studio and live applications with 16 fully programmable Midas-designed mic preamps for audiophile sound quality. Featuring a built-in tri-mode WiFi router for direct operation—no external routers required—and an 18 x 18-channel bi-directional USB interface for direct iPad recording, revolutionary Dugan-style automixing automatically manages mic gain sharing. Award-winning X32 effects rack with 4 stereo effects slots including high-end Lexicon 480L and PCM70 simulations, EMT250 and Quantec QRS, and a 100-band Real-Time Analyzer (RTA) for all channel and bus EQs. Maintains ULTRANET connectivity for Behringer’s P-16 personal monitoring system and includes rack ears and protective bumpers for flexible rack and stage applications. 6 aux and main LR buses with inserts, full dynamics processing, and either 6-band parametric or 31-band graphic EQ, plus 6 XLR aux outputs and 2 XLR main outputs plus a headphone jack. The 40-bit floating-point DSP features “unlimited” dynamic range with no internal overload and near-zero overall latency. Compatible with free iOS, Android, and PC/Mac/Linux apps, the mixer is available for remote operation via Ethernet, LAN, or WiFi. MIDI In/Out allows control of the mixer via MIDI equipment (including the Mackie Control protocol) or use as a USB MIDI interface (future firmware).
