What is the WL185 designed for?

The WL185 cardioid condenser lavalier microphone is designed for spoken word applications and can be used in television broadcasts, speeches, conferences, and also in places of worship.
What is an interchangeable capsule?

All Microflex series microphones use interchangeable (optional) capsules and allow you to select a cardioid, supercardioid, or omnidirectional condenser capsule by simply unscrewing it from the top of the lavalier mic.
Can I use it with a cable?

The WL185 microphone is designed for use with a wireless bodypack transmitter. If you want to use it with a cable, choose the MX185, which is the same microphone, but with an in-line preamp and a 1.2 m cable with a TA4F connector.
