The Shure QLXD1 is a digital wireless bodypack microphone transmitter compatible with QLX-D and ULX-D receivers. Featuring a rugged yet lightweight aluminum housing, it delivers pristine audio quality, reliable RF performance, and 256-bit AES encryption for secure transmission. The transmitter is ideal for sound reinforcement applications in houses of worship and medium-sized houses of worship, as well as for A/V installations in conference, educational, and corporate facilities.
The QLXD1 operates in a 64 MHz UHF tuning range with 2560 selectable frequencies available. It provides up to 9 hours of operation on two AA batteries, with a selectable 1/10 mW RF power output and a transmission range of up to 330 feet.
Easy-to-use features
The QLXD1 features a TA4M input, allowing you to connect a lavalier or headset microphone of your choice for hands-free presentations and performances, or a dedicated WA305 locking instrument cable for use with a guitar/bass (microphone and cable available separately).
The unit quickly syncs with a wireless receiver via infrared at the touch of a button.
Adjustable input sensitivity on the transmitter accommodates microphone levels ranging from booming voices to quiet conversations.
Frequency and power lock features prevent accidental or unauthorized changes during events.
A backlit LCD display with easy-to-navigate menus and controls gives you quick access to frequency, group, and channel settings, along with mute and lock status, and RF output.
Selectable 1/10 mW RF output power allows you to increase the transmitter range or the number of microphones operating simultaneously.
Detachable 1/4 wave antenna.
Energy management
Works up to 9 hours on two AA batteries.
The optional Shure SB900A lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack offers intelligent power management with over 10 hours of battery life, accurate measurement in hours and minutes, and zero memory effect.
External charging contacts allow charging of the docked battery with the SBC200 dual-dock charger (available separately)
The SBC220 mains charger (available separately) allows remote power control via Shure Wireless Workbench software.
