Shure QLXD2 B58 Professional Wireless Handheld Transmitter

The Shure QLXD2/B58A is a digital handheld wireless microphone transmitter compatible with QLX-D and ULX-D receivers. It comes equipped with a Beta 58A dynamic capsule designed for close-quarters vocals, with a bright midrange and bass roll-off to control proximity effect. The capsule features a supercardioid polar pattern that ensures high gain before feedback, maximum isolation from other sound sources, and minimal off-axis tone coloration.

The QLXD2/B58A operates in a 64 MHz UHF tuning range with 2560 selectable frequencies available. It provides up to 9 hours of operation on two AA batteries, with a transmission range of up to 330 feet and selectable RF power output of 1/10 mW.

Featuring a rugged yet lightweight aluminum housing, the QLXD2/B58A transmitter delivers pristine audio quality and RF performance, plus 256-bit AES encryption for secure transmission and advanced charging options. It is ideal for sound reinforcement applications in medium-sized venues and houses of worship, as well as for A/V installations in conference, educational, and corporate settings.

Selectable 1/10 mW RF output power allows you to increase the transmitter range or the number of microphones operating simultaneously.
Power management

The optional Shure SB900A lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack offers intelligent power management with over 10 hours of battery life, accurate measurement in hours and minutes, and zero memory effect.
External charging contacts allow charging of the docked battery with the SBC200 dual-dock charger (available separately).
The SBC220 mains charger (available separately) allows remote power control via Shure Wireless Workbench software.
