The YTR2330s is the perfect beginner instrument for students. The primary focus of the design was a lightweight, easy-to-play trumpet with a great sound and perfect intonation. Yamaha builds instruments with a strong emphasis on ergonomics to offer beginners optimal support, which in turn supports and encourages the learning process and creativity.

To contribute to this lightweight design, the YTR-2330 has been designed without a pillar in the first pump, and with a two-piece Yellow Brass bell housing of ideal thickness. Monel pistons are well known for their durability and for minimizing maintenance requirements.

The new and redesigned, durable yet lightweight two-piece bell is made of yellow brass for optimal playability, good technique, and durability.

New pistons, piston caps and push buttons
Monel alloy pistons, along with newly designed buttons and cups, extend the instrument's life and maximize its sound quality.

Tuning slides
The tuning triggers have been built using the same methods as the professional models, for better stability, a more defined tonal color, and greater durability.
