Collection: PRIVACY NOTICE

In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter "the Law"), we inform you of the following:

1.- PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA.

SONOLINE, SA DE CV, (hereinafter " SONOLINE "), indicating for the purposes of this Privacy Notice the address located at Calle 5 de febrero number 155 A, Colonia Obrera, CP 06800, Cuauhtémoc Territorial Demarcation in Mexico City, will be responsible for the personal data provided by the natural persons to whom they correspond (hereinafter the " Owner " or the " Owners ").

2.- PERSONAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA REQUESTED FROM THE OWNER.

For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, SONOLINE may collect the following personal data:

A ) From the Holder interested in purchasing any SONOLINE product(s) :

(i) Identification data: name (official identification with photograph as well as the image of the Holder upon entering the SONOLINE facilities through video surveillance and security cameras), address (conventional and tax), telephone (landline and cell phone), nationality, date of birth, age, email, marital status, sex, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP),
(ii) Employment data: occupation, position, area or department, activity or line of business.

(iii) Financial or asset data: bank account data.
3.- PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED .

The Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data collected by SONOLINE from the Data Subjects interested in purchasing any of SONOLINE's products will be used as described below:

i) for the relationship corresponding to the purchase and sale of products by SONOLINE (hereinafter and as a whole the Products), ii) for the fulfillment of the contracts entered into by SONOLINE with the Owner, iii) for the identification of the Owner, vi) for the updating of the Owner's data, viii) to provide security to SONOLINE's facilities and to the Owners who enter the latter, purposes that are necessary to fulfill the obligations derived from the legal relationship that SONOLINE has with the Owner.

Likewise, within the use that SONOLINE will give to the information of the Holder interested in acquiring any of the products is: i) the offering and promotion of goods, products and services and/or commercial prospecting as well as ii) evaluate the quality of the Services, purposes that are not necessarily required to comply with the obligations derived from the legal relationship that SONOLINE has with the Holder, therefore, in the event that the Holder does not agree that SONOLINE uses his/her Personal Data for said purposes, he/she must express his/her opposition in accordance with the provisions of section six (6) of this Privacy Notice, since, in the event that the Holder does not express his/her opposition, it will be understood that he/she grants his/her consent to SONOLINE.

In relation to the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data of those Holders who in the past provided their data to SONOLINE and who currently no longer have a relationship with the latter, they are informed that SONOLINE only retains their Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of article 25 of the Law, that is, during the blocking period 1 established in said legal order, so that, once said blocking period has elapsed, their Personal Data will be deleted.

4.- TEMPORALITY, REMISSIONS AND TRANSFERS.

The duration of the handling of the Personal Data of the Holders will depend on the legal relationship that has been established with SONOLINE, as well as the obligations required by current legislation, the competent authorities and SONOLINE's internal policies. However, in relation to the Personal Data corresponding to the image of the Holders that is captured by video surveillance cameras, said information is kept by SONOLINE only for a period of 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) business days after the date on which it is obtained.

The information provided to SONOLINE will be safeguarded, preserved and protected by SONOLINE in accordance with current legislation and SONOLINE's internal policies in order to maintain the confidentiality of said information.

In accordance with the provisions of the Law, SONOLINE will provide access to the Personal Data of the Data Subjects (through referrals) to those persons who have the status of Managers 2 , such as service providers, business partners or third parties, who have a legal relationship with SONOLINE, who, arising from said legal relationship, need to know the information and assume the commitment to maintain it under strict confidentiality and security, also acknowledging that they know the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice and agreeing to comply with them. In the event that the Personal Data stored is required by an authority of any kind or must be delivered to the latter in accordance with current legislation, these data will be made available to them in strict compliance with the Law, a transfer that does not require the consent of the Data Subjects in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of said legal system.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.

SONOLINE informs the Data Subject that the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data provided will be treated confidentially, limiting its use to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Furthermore, the SONOLINE database containing the Data Subjects' Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data will only be operated by authorized SONOLINE personnel, whose duties are governed by SONOLINE policies.

Likewise, SONOLINE declares that it has implemented policies, procedures and security measures that allow it to protect the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data of the Owner against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, for which reason its unlawful disclosure is prohibited, limiting its use to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of this document.

1 Section III of Article 3 of the Law establishes that the Blocking period is: “... The identification and conservation of personal data once the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, with the sole purpose of determining possible responsibilities in relation to their processing, until the legal or contractual limitation period for these . During this period, personal data may not be processed and once this period has elapsed, they will be cancelled from the corresponding database.”

2. Person in charge: The natural or legal person who , alone or jointly with others, processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

6.- RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION, REVOCATION AND LIMITATION OF PERSONAL DATA (ARCO).

Data subjects shall have the right to request access, rectification, revocation, cancellation or objection, as well as to limit the use or disclosure of their data, by:

a.- Written request addressed to the SONOLINE Personal Data Department at the following address: Calle 5 de febrero number 155 A, Colonia Obrera, CP 06800, Cuauhtémoc Territorial Demarcation in Mexico City, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on business days, or;

b.- Request made to the email sonoritmo@live.com.mx

SONOLINE will respond to requests from the Data Subject, provided that none of the exceptions contained in the Law apply, and the applicant complies with the provisions of Article 29 of said legal system, which establishes the requirements that must be met by requests submitted by Data Subjects.

In order for SONOLINE to process a Data Subject's request regarding access, rectification, revocation, cancellation, opposition and/or limitation of the use or disclosure of their data, the latter must attach the following information and documentation to their request:

i. Name of the Data Subject and address or other means for SONOLINE to communicate the response to your request. ii. Documents proving your identity or legal status in the case of legal representation of the Data Subject (official identification of the Data Subject or legal representative and the latter's power of attorney). iii. A clear and precise description of the Personal Data for which you seek to exercise the right of access, rectification, revocation, cancellation, objection, restriction of use, or disclosure, as well as any other data or documents that may facilitate locating the Personal Data.

SONOLINE will respond to a Data Subject's request regarding access, rectification, revocation, cancellation, opposition and/or limitation of the use or disclosure of their data within the time periods established by Law, that is, within twenty (20) days following receipt of the Data Subject's request, a period that may be extended by SONOLINE in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Law. The obligation to access information will be deemed fulfilled by SONOLINE when, if requested by the Data Subject, their Personal Data is made available to the latter at SONOLINE's address within a period of 15 (fifteen) business days following notification to the Data Subject of the response to their request or through any of the methods established in Article 33 of the Law, which will be notified to the Data Subject in the response to their request.

7.- MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.

In the event that SONOLINE needs to use the Data Subject's Personal Data for purposes other than those agreed upon or agreed to in this Privacy Notice, the Data Subject will be notified in writing, by telephone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, visual or other means that technology allows now or in the future, explaining the new uses it intends to give to said information in order to obtain their authorization. With this Privacy Notice, the Data Subjects are duly informed of the data collected from them and for what purposes, as well as the fact that the Privacy Notice may be consulted at any time on the SONOLINE website https://sonoritmo.com/collections/aviso-de-privacidad , accepting the terms contained in this Privacy Notice, which are prepared in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Finally, SONOLINE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as business practices. Any changes SONOLINE may make to this notice will be made known to you via the website https://sonoritmo.com/collections/aviso-de-privacidad and in accordance with current legislation.

This Privacy Notice, as well as SONOLINE's general management of the Law, is governed by current and applicable legislation in the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from its application must be resolved before the competent jurisdictional bodies in Mexico City.
