Collection: Return policy

At Sonoritmo, we strive to offer high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise during the shipping or manufacturing process. Therefore, our return policy is limited exclusively to the following cases:

1. Products with Factory Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. We will ask you to provide clear evidence of the defect, such as photos or videos, so we can evaluate the situation. If the defect is confirmed by our incident team, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

2. Products Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt. We'll also ask you to send us photos or videos of the visible damage to the package and the product. Once we verify the damage, we'll coordinate the return and shipment of a new product or a full refund.

Important Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, such as dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or errors in model or size selection.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • All products with serial numbers will be registered in our database upon shipment.
  • To accept a return, the serial number of the returned item MUST match the one recorded at the time of purchase (if any alteration is identified in the serial numbers, this will affect your refund).
  • New products include tamper-evident seals on the box or product.
  • If these seals are broken, altered, or missing, the return will be automatically rejected (except in the case of valid manufacturing defects, subject to technical verification). This also applies if any product accessories are missing.
  • Any refund/replacement will be processed ONLY after a physical inspection of the product at our warehouse.
  • We reserve up to 10 business days for this verification.

Return Process

  1. Contact : Send an email to sonoritmo@live.com.mx with your order number and a description of the problem.
  2. Review : We will review your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return, if applicable.
  3. Refund/Replacement : Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund request or send you a replacement product, as agreed.
